All sales are final. We do not accept returns or exchanges on our craft kits.

Why? Each kit is thoughtfully curated with premium materials, and we want to ensure every customer receives fresh, unused supplies for their creative projects.

Damaged or Defective Items If your kit arrives damaged or with defective materials, please contact us within 7 days of delivery. We'll work with you to make it right by replacing the damaged items or issuing a refund.
